Because every child deserves the light of learning.

In a small village near Sitamarhi, lived Rani, a 12-year-old girl who had never stepped inside a classroom. Her family struggled to meet daily needs, and education seemed like a distant dream.
When our team at Deepa Rama Mannu Foundation started the “Mission Shiksha” initiative in her area, Rani became one of the first students to join.

She was shy at first, hesitant to even hold a pencil. But within months, her curiosity grew — she began reading, writing, and even teaching her younger brother. Today, Rani proudly dreams of becoming a teacher herself.

Her story reminds us that education is not just about books — it’s about dignity, confidence, and hope.
At Deepa Rama Mannu Foundation, we continue to reach out to hundreds of children like Rani, ensuring that no child is left behind in the journey toward knowledge and opportunity.

🕊 “One book, one pen, one child, and one teacher can change the world.”
